Grants & Funding
As a small rural hamlet, we are deeply grateful for the support that has made the preservation of our church and its heritage possible.
Our tiny hamlet could not possibly have saved our lovely church and its human heritage on our own.

We are extremely grateful to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, who funded the Heritage Recorded project you have seen on this website, much of the urgent repairs to the nave and tower, and the vital drainage etc. It is thanks to the National Lottery players that we have been able to save this vital part of Norfolk’s history for the future.
We would also like to record our grateful thanks to:
Tom Townshend
The 9th Marquess Townshend
Norfolk Churches Trust
The National Churches Trust
Mr John Moore
The Emmerson Family
The Benefact Trust
The Geoffrey Watling Charity
The Listed Places of Worship Scheme
Their financial support and help have been invaluable.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Paul Willetts, who contributed such wonderful drone photography to the website.

On behalf of the Parochial Church Council of All Saints, Toftrees, I would like to thank the volunteers who so generously gave of their time to record our heritage and continue to ensure access to it by caring for the churchyard.
We are also immensely grateful for the many gifts and items donated to the church over the years by families and residents of Toftrees.
It would be wonderful to think that in another thousand years the church and its history will still be standing. If that is the case it is the people mentioned above that our descendants will have to thank, because they have made the future possible by their generosity today.
If you have any questions about our wonderful church, its heritage of people past or its witness in the world today, please contact:
